Cyborg

Alerts, Livetesting and Backtesting

Cyborg is a market events platform that can analyse and communicate signals & alerts from sources such as TradingView and Jupyter Notebooks. Cyborg makes it easy for traders and quantitative researchers to:

  • test ideas
  • perform historical backtests and livetest strategies or predictive models
  • organise & analyse tradable market alerts from any platform

With Cyborg you dont have to worry about:

  • maintaining price databases or market data infrastructure
  • storing and tracking all of your ideas & strategies
  • building analytics dashboards & running compute heavy analysis

Or you can use cyborg is to send buy/sell events from a predictive model and let cyborg backtest/livetest the signals for you. A complete walkthrough example can be found here

Cyborg supports many markets accross equities, cryptocurrencies & forex and any source of signals that can use a webhook or export csv. Cyborg takes the hassle out of analysis for you by tracking and updating market information for all of your events on a centralised platform as well as providing the ability to download or export the cyborg data for further more specilised analysis or automations.

A complete walkthrough example of a tradingview integration here For example you may set up an alert in TradingView to notify you every time SPY breaks outside its trading range like so:

trading_range

You can then connect this alert to cyborg with a simple webhook and all of these alerts will be analysed and available for you to view detailed analysis on.

If you have any questions that are not answered in these docs, we encourage you to use the live chat feature that can be found at the bottom right hand side of every Cyborg page.
